When people are in a relationship, sometimes doubt can creep into their minds. And that is a normal feeling. Between Tiger Woods and Jesse James, it's hard to not "wonder" if our partner may do the same to us. We can never predict what another human being may do or say. That being said, we know someone loves us by their actions. And the "knowing" is a moment by moment feeling. We should all try to live in the moment and not fret about the past and not worry about the future. When we are able to be fully in the moment, that's when we know someone loves us. When you are kissing your boyfriend or girlfriend, just enjoy it, feel it, live it, because you never know what may happen next. The other point to all this is loving ourselves. If you are mindful of your own actions, and always try to do the right thing, then you will have more resilience if your relationships go sour. You will be able to heal and move on. So live in the moment! Enjoy each day, each hour, each minute you have with someone you love! We each have the inner strength to stand alone. We don't need another to fulfill us, that only comes from within us. So when love does come along, enjoy it for that moment! But don't count on it and don't rely on it for your happiness, because there are lots of Tiger Woods out there!
